Our approach

The reasoning matters
as much as the result.

Start with the evidence.

Identify what the record supports, what must be assumed, and where additional information is needed.

Test the assumptions.

Examine causation, alternatives, and how sensitive the conclusions are to key inputs.

Make the analysis clear.

Explain the methods and conclusions in language that counsel, judges, and juries can follow.

Maintain independence.

Let the evidence and economic reasoning determine the opinion.
